Indo-Pak Dialogue: Polygamy Perforce

#ModiMeetsSharif
The US has always followed the policy of “strategic” partnerships with junior partners across the globe on leave & licence basis — basically it has no strategic partner, not even the UK. Russia seems to be emulating the same strategy, and I have no doubt sooner or later it will take over, given it has far better chess players. However, India is such a sorry State that it just doesn’t know how to manage Pakistan. When India had an opportunity to enter engagements with Russia and China as equals, she has been pushed down to the level of Pakistan yet again — the original veto powers have shooed away the veto aspirant. Modi-Sharif meeting has no more significance.
